Yes. Most commercial work is programmed around how the building is used. We can start early, work evenings or weekends, and phase the roof in sections so the business keeps running while we are on site. Request a free commercial roof survey.
Yes. We regularly re-cover and repair roofs on occupied units, offices, schools and shops. We isolate the working area, protect the space below, and keep escape routes and access clear so staff and visitors are unaffected.
EPDM single-ply, GRP fibreglass, torch-on felt and cold-applied liquid waterproofing. The right system depends on the size of the roof, the plant and detailing on it, access, and whether the roof will be walked on or carry equipment.
Yes. We carry out scheduled inspections, clear outlets and gutters, and fix small faults before they become leaks. Planned maintenance is the cheapest way to protect a commercial roof and to budget for a portfolio of sites.
Yes. Clarkson Roofing is fully insured. Manufacturer material warranties apply to the systems we install on top of that, typically 15 to 25 years depending on the specification.
Yes. We plan safe access, edge protection and welfare for every commercial job, and we work to the site rules of the building you operate. Method statements and risk assessments are provided where required.
Yes. We roof schools, nurseries and academies, scheduling the noisy or disruptive stages for holidays or out of hours, and working to the safeguarding and sign-in requirements of the site.
